To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to carefully restrain your pet. Animals must be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
For the protection of all clients, staff, and pets, we require all exotics pets to be contained in an appropriate, sturdy travel container.
For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available for existing patients that are current on their vaccinations. A "drop-off" means you could bring your pet in the morning by 8:30am (7:30am on Tuesday or Thursday) so our doctors can examine your pet between appointments, or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the problems found, recommended diagnostic tests, and to set up a hospital discharge time.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require all vaccinations be up-to-date.
We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, cash, and personal checks.
